Daniel Du Seuil is the convenor of the European Self Sovereign Identity Framework (ESSIF) within the European Blockchain Partnership. This partnership of 30 EU Member States and supporting countries established a European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI) to help deliver cross-border digital public services meeting high security and privacy standards.  

Daniel is also the initiator and project leader of the National Belgian SSI project Blockchain on the Move. He is currently working as a project manager for digital transformation at Howest – Web3 Unit, and was the former blockchain programme manager for the Flemish government. As a communication consultant, Philippe Félix has been advising the institutions of the European Union and web agencies for almost 30 years, to make the most of the digital revolution by bringing institutions closer to citizens.

Specializing in issues related to the Next Generation Internet (Human-centric Internet, Privacy and Trust, Interoperability, AI, IoT, Blockchain…), Philippe is a strategist known for his talent for designing innovative and efficient digital communication strategies, plans and products.

Since the COVID-19 crisis, Philippe has developed an online communication training activity (www.exxeed.eu), helping organisations, SMEs, NGOs, start-ups and communication agencies to master the fundamentals of online communication.

On the field, Philippe has an extensive experience in communication projects management. He is also highly appreciated as a trainer, speaker and moderator. Philippe holds a master's degree in marketing and Advertising, and he is the former Managing Director of Paradigm S.A. (a subsidiary of Deloitte & Touche), a leading consulting firm.
